12 Weeks Old

I can't believe my baby girl is 12 weeks old and we are nearing the 3 month mark on Monday! It's SO hard to believe. It makes me a little sad, but she is learning so many new things. She loves for you to talk to her and she'll just coo and smile. I love that! She is beginning to love her "lovey" blankets to help soothe her. She started taking the pacifier SOME since yesterday, which gives us at least a short nap in her baby bed. If she would only stay in there all night!!! She's starting to outgrow her 0-3 month clothes, so I had to take some pictures of her in them. I think we'll have to move up to size 2 diapers very soon.

Easter Egg Hunt

Emily was so excited that a chick hatched at school! Thank goodness she didn't want to take it home. I think Teddy and Toby would gobble that poor little chick up. ;) I went to Emily's Easter party at school today before I went to work. I'm so glad I did because everyone was so cute! The Easter Egg Hunt was hilarious and all the fun lasted about 3 minutes. haha I hope the weather is nice for a real Easter Egg Hunt this weekend at Nana and Grandpa's house (and of course Cita and Poppy's).

Palm Sunday

They looked so cute in their matching dresses on Palm Sunday!

Cute spring outfit!!
I have not been good about taking pictures lately. We had some more cold (and windy) days, so we've been stuck inside. It was gorgeous today, so I hope spring is here to stay. We went to church with Cita and Poppy on Palm Sunday, then out to eat Emily's favorite (taco and chips/cheese dip).

Fun Day!

It is my Spring Break this week (last week was Emily's), so I wanted to do something fun these days and I am not doing any paperwork. I really wanted to go to the Safari in Gentry, but we got rained out last Saturday. We picked Emily up from preschool and thought about going. We had everything ready, but noticed the clouds moving in as we were getting gas. boo hoo! We decided to go to the new Carousel at the Promenade instead. Thank goodness Emily had a great time and didn't get too upset about not seeing the animals. They also had a little train there and she loved getting to ride on that! We had ice cream at the Dairy Queen in the food court, then headed home before the storm. What a nice afternoon. I also was able to make my aerobics class. I can't wait to go to Silver Dollar City the next nice weekend! We have season passes this year!!!

Mad Pizza and The Little Gym

Emily LOVED Mad Pizza!!!

She loved the bubbles! Ella slept the entire afternoon. :)

On Wed., we had the day free so I decided to go try out Mad Pizza since Emily really wanted pizza for lunch. There was a mom's group that was meeting at the Little Gym that afternoon as well. I had been wanting to see what the Little Gym was like. Emily loved it, but thought it was a "baby gym" for baby Ella. haha! She loves gymnastics in the big gym. ;) I loved the Little Gym. It was so clean, bright, and it looked like a lot of fun for them. I wish it was closer so that I could take them more. It was a free demonstration that day.
