1st Trip to the Dentist

In awe of this place
Emily went to the dentist for the first time today. It went as expected. They have a really neat waiting room! She really enjoyed playing the game room while we waited her turn. She was pretty good with the dental hygienist. She did not want to lay down on the chairs though, but she did let her brush, polish and floss her teeth. She had a little meltdown when the dentist wanted to look at her teeth, but in the end she did (while crying). ;( She still got a token for being such a brave girl and chose a ball as her prize. We hope it will go better in 6 months!

We went to her favorite restaurant after it (Chick-Fil-A). We got to eat outside with our friends Elizabeth and Jordan, and Melissa, Abby, and Bailey. What a fun day!
