House!

We have had such a busy week! We finally got an offer on our house last week. We countered and they accepted!!!! We knew the time would come and didn't know when! We have had a few houses in mind and the top 3 choices were gone at this time. This house has always been on our list and the price kept dropping over the months. It is in a neighborhood that we've been wanting to move into for about 4 years... So, we looked at over 12 houses on all sides of the town. We kept coming back to this one. It does need some work inside (wallpaper on the walls which will need to come off, etc.). We'd like new floors in there as well. But, it had everything we have been looking for and it had a nice sized backyard. We made an offer Friday night. Saturday was a very long day for us. We found out 10 minutes before the time expiration that they accepted our offer!!!! What a relief! We've got the inspection to go through, then we will hopefully call it home in about a month. Let the packing begin. I will post pics on the inside once we're in there, but it has lots of potential to be a great house. We are just happy to finally have some space. We'll miss this house for sure b/c it has given us lots of wonderful memories throughout the 10 years we've been here.
