St. Louis Trip

The Magic House!

We went on a weekend trip to St. Louis a couple of weeks ago.  We got Emily out of school early on Friday, then headed to St. Louis.  We stopped at the Magic House once we got into town because they were open late.  Emily and Ella had a BLAST!  They hardly stopped to take pictures.  We went there last time we went to St. Louis, but Ella was less than a year old a couldn't do much there. 
Saturday morning we took the girls to the zoo.  It is one of my favorite zoos and they had a blast!  A highlight was seeing the elephant they are sponsoring as a Zoo Parent (gift Uncle Jeff gave them for Christmas).  Then, my mom and aunt picked me up and we went the Jessica's wedding shower (Jeff's fiancee).  I didn't take many pictures of the shower, but it was very lovely.  We took my Aunt Barbara around Forest Park area where we stopped at this area where hundreds of tulips were in bloom.
We met Jessica's family for dinner that night.  If you look closely at the picture above, you can see the arch.  We didn't go see the arch up close this time.  We did that last time and we were pressed for time.  We did have a wonderful time seeing Uncle Jeff.  He is moving to Boston this summer, so it is probably the last time we'll be there except for the wedding in Sept where I doubt we'll have time to do any tourist things.
